Introduction

I am currently available to do consultancy or contracting. I am able to provide expert assistance for projects relating to to IMS QTI, Tools Interoperability amd Content Packaging. I was a member of the IMS QTI 2.0, 2.1 and Tools Interoperability working groups, and am an experienced programmer in C++, PHP and C#. I am happy to work in central Scotland, or telework for an employer based elsewhere.

Cost

My typical rate is £220 ($U.S. 445) per day plus any costs, however this may vary depending on the type of work.
